Family owned and operated, the South Paterson NJ bakery created its success from its roots in the Middle East. We believe in a strong work ethic, using the best ingredients, and that the customer is our top priority. We are unique due to our old baking methods which we create from scratch baked products made with wholesome ingredients. Our products are the best in the industry. Our family traditions are baked into our products so that they are eating with family in your home. Products
We love baking and it shows. We make a variety of baked goods. Some of our best selling products are baked using traditional methods. Like Khoubiz Taboon which is cooked in a pizza oven or old brick oven and baked over special rocks to create a special surface and feel to the bread. The other prodcust we focus on are biscuits and stuffed dough products with meat and spinach. We also make personal pan pizzas with oregano and tyme, as well as cheese and vegetables.
